Freshly squeezed juices, homemade syrups, and the finest spirits go into our signature artesian cocktails–each one crafted to soothe the mind and enliven the senses. THE RAVEN  Subtle, dark and rich. The Raven mixes Bacardi Solera Rum with our house mango tea syrup, delicate orange-fig bitters and  fresh citrus juice. Finished with galangal and cinnamon zest.

HERBAL REMEDY  Crisp, fresh and balanced. Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka is infused with freshly squeezed citrus, organic apple juice, lush Thai basil and a hint of agave nectar sweetness.

VAMPIRE SLAYER  Raven's modern take on a classic. The Vampire Slayer blends Bulleit Rye Whiskey with fresh citrus, bitters and cherry-orange flavors.

VELVET DEATH  Stimulating, delicate and engaging. Mixes Death Door Gin and Velvet Falernum with fresh citrus and a slap of basil, sealed beneath a thin layer of Absinthe to enhance and awaken your senses.

SWITCHBLADE  Spicy yet smooth; bright yet intense. Raven's spicy signature cocktail blends our homemade jalapeño cilantro honey syrup and fresh citrus with premium tequila.

CAIPIRINHA NOIR  Born in Brazil, raised at Raven. Our fresh take on a classic cocktail offers silky Brazilian Cachaca, freshly squeezed grapefruit juice and homemade simple syrup with a float of Malbec

WINTER KISS  Smooth, balanced and floral. Featuring  G-Vine Gin made from rare French grape blossoms, the Winter Kiss pairs cucumber, basil and fresh lime juice with a hint of sweetness.

APPLE POE  How about these apples? Combines Zubrowka Polish Vodka & top shelf apple liqueur with organic apple juice and a dash of cinnamon seasoning.

BITTER LOVE  The alcohol purists' cocktail. Calling on two classics the Rye Manhattan and Negroni meet amid bitter orange accents and the spice of rye.

ANCHOR AWAY  The perfect beer cocktail. Combines Bulleit Rye Whiskey with the crisp & aromatic bitterness of Anchor Steam and delicate cherry sweetness. Finished with a floral and citrus aroma.

LYCHEE BLISS  Light, graceful, and refreshing. Fuses Absolut Peach Vodka, Chambord and fresh citrus with the luscious taste of lychee.

CASTAWAY Tropical, refreshing and the perfect amount of citrus. This cocktail showcases Ketel Citroen along with fresh muddled strawberries, cucumbers and the delicate sweetness of Georgia Peach Liqueur.
